Training Methodology

We deliver Trainings in the following 3 Modules:

Phase 1 - Employment Enhance ability Program
This training will be a mandate for all Beneficiaries and will cover orientation to the Corporate World, Interview Facing skills, Communication skills, Listening skills, Etiquette (Grooming, Workplace, email, Telephone), Behavioral skills (Attitude Awareness, Self-Motivation), Integrity and ends with Mock Interviews.

Phase 2 - Domain specific Training (can be customized as per Employer requirements)
Domain specific training based on Academics is delivered:
  • IT – System Administration, Secure coding, Java, Dot Net, Software Testing
  • ITeS – Customer Service, telephone etiquette, Email etiquette
  • Banking & Finance – Dynamics Financial Markets
  • Retail - Customer Service, Professional selling skills, attitude awareness, Interpersonal skills

Phase 3 - Aptitude Training (for BSC, BCA, BE & Finance candidates)

Aptitude Training will cover Analytical skills, Logical skills & Verbal reasoning and employer specific requirements.The trainings are delivered by Experienced Facilitators who have good Corporate training background.
